Angharad and Caron both got ready at the Conrah Country Hotel, with their family & friends. The girls room was so calm and relaxed; having a good old gossip while having hair & make-up done. They boys spent the morning enjoying a beer, to settle their nerves and amending the final touches to the best man speech. They then made their way to the ceremony room, where they had a local singer to entertain guests while they waited for the bridal party to arrive.

The ceremony was a lovely service in a beautiful room at the venue. Angharad's Grandad walked her down the aisle, to meet Caron who was nervously awaiting his bride. During the ceremony Angharad and Caron's boys carefully looked after the rings ready to be exchange. It was so meaningful and a beautiful way of involving their little family. After the 'I do's' everyone headed outside for canapés and the  confetti shot - the children loved this part !!!

 

The venue was decorated with lots of flowers and beautiful lights. The couple added lots of their own personal touches, naming each table after their children, a sweets cart to keep the everyone toped up on sugar and a bouncy castle outside on the lawn to keep the children entertained - Im not sure who had more fun on the bouncy castle - The children or the adults!!

For dinner they served a slap up meal, which was absolutely delicious, before everyone settled down for the speeches. The speeches were fab with lots of laughter and tears - mainly from Caron's best man Carl!!

The best part of the day for me was the Bride and Groom portraits, because the couple get to spend some quality time together - (oh and with me!) We headed off into the beautiful grounds of the hotel to capture images that they will treasure for years to come. I brought along some smoke bombs and decided these two were the perfect, crazy couple to try them out with. After almost smoking them out - we roped in a couple of guests to help us out!

The fun carried on long into the evening with a Photo Booth, light-up dance floor and a hog rost to feed the hungry evening guests. The first dance was a romantic slow dance between Angharad and Caron before family and friends joined in to dance the night away with them.
