  • What do I need to bring to a session?
Nothing really, except you & your gorgeous little family! I have a variety of handmade props, which will incorporate different themes and colours for me to create a variety of different looks. Most newborn photographs are done using my props or nude but if you want to bring a particular outfit, or comforter you would like me to photograph, thats cool with me!
  • What if my baby cries or won’t sleep at the session?
It is very possible that your baby will cry at some point in the session. This is because they are babies and babies do cry when they are tired or hungry. I will always take my time to settle baby to ensure they are in a deep settled sleep. It is very normal for the first hour of the session to involve settling the baby. Some babies sleep within 2 minutes, others can take a little longer.
  • How long with the session last?
Newborn sessions can be long; I allocate 2-4 hours for each newborn session, this allows time for feeding, changing, settling etc. Family sessions are usually around an hour depending on your little ones. Of course every session is different and some are quicker than others. The little ones normally tell us when they've had enough!!
